#65 In this episode I interviewed Reggie Webb with The Property Webb.  Reggie has been in real estate for a few years and has been very successful doing rehabs while working a 9-5 job.  Since then he has developed several other strategies in developing his real estate business.  One strategy is the BRRRR method Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat.  Reggie also will be launching a mentoring program to help other new real investors on how to work this method.  He does real estate in Texas and Louisiana.
