#54  In this episode I talk about the Foreclosure Moratorium and what to expect when the moratorium has ended.   The Foreclosure moratorium is supposed to end June 30, 2021. There are millions of people who have filed forbearances and still unable to pay their mortgages.  The question remains whether lenders will still help  homeowners who are  unable to pay their mortgages.
