In this episode, Anshul Agrawal and Sierra Townsend speak to Shiva Subbaraman, the Director of the LGBTQ Resource Center at Georgetown University. Shiva speaks about her experience with activities centered around diversity and equity. She also discusses some ideas about how we can move forward to include more diverse viewpoints in decision-making processes in our country and even on Georgetown's campus.
