Sometimes being a leader means you have to emotionally challenge those you serve, while intentionally building the culture around you. Scott McBride, Chief Security Officer of American Eagle, believes that you need intentionally grow relationships and people beyond even their imagination.

First starting his career in the Marine Corps, Scott transferred many leadership and team working skills to his jobs thereafter. Now working with loss prevention at a national retailer, he uses his skills to lead his team through trials and triumphs while continuously adapting to the ever-changing industry.
