like you've been able to keep your composure for the most part. How have

Yeah, it's it's really continuing to try to slow things down. I mean

it's it's it's still just a game. It's something I've been doing since I

was a kid, and so it's really just trying to one thing start to

speed up a little bit, just trying to take a step back and take

that breast and uh and just remember that this is this is what I do.

Your slider was really nasty the other day. Do you feel that in

the bullpen? Is that as much of a fuel pitch as any other or

is it something that you just got to grip and rip. It's something I
