Growing up in New York wasn’t easy back in the days. Being fascinated with what the streets has to offer, made King vulnerable. Being the only sibling in his family to get 25 years is heart breaking. As a juvenile he received his first sentence, for a burglary and stayed in YO (Youthful Offender). At the end of 95-96 the FEDs raided King’s block, and convicted him of a murder he never committed due to the RATS setting him up. It’s crazy what RATS would do to ruin your reputation. He was sentenced to Bronx House then Rikers Island for his conviction. Prison for King was a place where he reflected and used his sentence to better himself with education. After his 25 year sentence, King is now helping the youth by showing them the importance of life, and what hard work will bring if your intentions are true.
