Paul refers to our journey as followers of Christ as a walk. In this walk God never intended for us to make this journey in our own strength. Jesus the lamb of God was given not only to save us from our sin but to be the life within us, from whom we make the journey!
And unless we not only apply the blood to our life, but consume His life, we will remain stuck in the place of our captivity longing to experience the freedom that only Christ can bring!
