Robin is a coach for leadership teams at a large defense contracting company. Prior to coaching in the private sector, she was an orchestra director at Ridgely Middle School. Her Masters degrees are from Boston University in Music Education and George Washington University in Organizational Leadership and Learning. When she's not coaching company leadership and programs, she's likely practicing Tang Soo Do.
