Julia Eyre is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Return to Play Specialist, Sports Performance Psychologist and the owner of White Lion Performance. After ending a passionate soccer career riddled with injury, Julia now directs her knowledge and experience into helping athletes to reach their maximum capacity each day. Since 2011, she has worked to promote long-term and individualized player development in NCAA Division I schools along the East Coast, USA, and in the private sector worldwide with her company, White Lion Performance. Additionally, she is a researcher at the German Sport University in Köln, where she studies the psycho-physiology (brain-body connection) of performance stress and coping in athletes. For Julia, the question of "how do we optimize athletic performance?" is always in the foreground (in flashing lights).
