Moods can shift and change rapidly, one second you can feel over the moon with happiness, and in less than a minute you can be swinging into a foul mood. That's the unpredictability of life, but the truth is, you can do more to control your mood. As unpredictable as life is, your mood shouldn't shift so wildly without a big trigger. 

 Some obvious causes of a quick shift in mood are hunger or ill health. You may have a quick shift in mood if someone says something nasty or lets you down. But in a normal daily situation, you should be more steady. So, I want to arm you with six things you can control that affect your mood.

Dr. L.'s Healthy Practices' Podcast

This podcast covers a variety of information concerning healthy practices, including, but not limited to mental health, physical health, self-improvement and personal development. While I will, at times, be the main speaker on the podcast, most of the time the narrator on the podcast will be a team member from my parent organization - StressHealth Solutions International (or SHSI).
