Dave Hemstad has spent the last 25 years, touring the world as a stand-up comedian, testing the limits of how un-healthy a lifestyle an adult could have. Now, 6 months shy of his 50th birthday, alarm bells are ringing and it’s time for drastic and immediate change.

Dr. Val will now guide Dave through the next 6 months of his life, it will be his body, but her rules!
