Forgiveness work is included in every one of the world's religions, in all good psychology, in all mental health practices. We are taught that forgiveness is a mental, emotional and spiritual practice that changes our perception and frees us to live a life that is worth living.
I’ve found that the main reason people resist the practice of forgiveness is they think forgiveness means accepting that bad people and experiences are OK. And THAT IS NOT NOT WHAT IT MEANS.
