Our guest, Shalia Ford shares how to leverage your gifts and strengths where you work, play, and worship. As the Director of Leadership Programs at FOCUS St. Louis, Shalia designs and facilitates experiential leadership development programs for women and high school students with the intent to gain a deeper understanding of the St. Louis region, build a diverse network and expand their capacity to make a positive impact. This experience and her heart of servant leadership make her ideal to share what we can do to be successful in our roles where we live, learn, work, play and worship.

In her spare time, she enjoys gathering with friends and family, taking “awe walks” and making “hope art” to decorate personal spaces with a positive vibe. Shalia loves shoes and collects shoevenirs from places she travels. Shalia resides in St. Louis County, MO with her husband, the Rev. Gill Ford, and their son, Isaac.
