Welcome to the Dream Shakerz Podcast, our weekly show that covers technology, venture capital, and professional development from the vantage point of an ex-banker whose since switched to overseeing operations at a startup and a former management consultant whose in the midst of transitioning to graduate school to study human-computer interaction and design. As young black men, we realized that there was a void in regards to content creators who came from impoverished backgrounds but have also found success in professional spaces while staying true to who they are as people. We want to inform you, our audience, that your beginnings should not rule out certain career paths and that professional success doesn't necessarily mean you have to cut off all cultural ties.
