David and Joe carpooled up to Titusville for a great sit down session. The day started off with Aaron of Fat Drum brewing, and after that we sat down with Ron and Laura. We talked about everything from Disney beers, to 15% barrel-aged beer, to Umami. Playalinda has only been in operation for 5 years, but it has quickly become a standout in Central Florida.
