Claire Young is well known as the highly driven runner up of series four of ‘The Apprentice’ where she was dubbed a ‘Rottweiler’ by Lord Sugar for her tenacious approach in the boardroom.

Being on the show inspired Claire to set up her award-winning business, ‘School Speakers’ - the UK’s No 1 speaking agency working alongside schools, colleges, and universities across the world to provide talks to students and staff. Winner of several business awards, she also works within the media as a journalist & radio presenter in addition to advising the government on a range of projects supporting young people and women.

Hear Claire’s story right now, here on Drive where she talks about her Apprentice experience, the crucial lessons she learnt from Lord Sugar, her view on the importance of resilience in business, how her own parents’ approach to business and taking risks gave her the confidence to make it big, why she wouldn’t partner up in business again and much, much more.
