My current workout plan is very simple. It's one hour of cardio every other day. I usually go to the gym Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. I picked this schedule because I knew my body was going to be in pain and fight this every step of the way, lol.The first few days of week one were pretty low key. I decided to just do 30 minutes of cardio and see how I felt the next few days. I knew that it would take a month or so to get to the point where I was able to go every day of the week and do 1 hour of cardio and a brisk pace. I am not there yet but it's becoming easier and easier! I haven't really attempted to alter my eating habits. I don't really eat too badly, it was more of the not doing anything at all that allowed the weight to build up. I also attribute it to age, you know none of us are getting any younger....ha ha ha. My goal is to get to the point where I can actually do 1.5-2.0 hours of mostly cardio workouts. I will probably keep the workouts to walking on the treadmill, stationary bike, and maybe one of those other fancy machines I haven't tried yet. I guess I am in about week 3~ish now and I expect after the holiday starting in January i will be able to kick up the works to the 1.5 hour mark and add another day of the week. I should be able to do 5 days a week without much pain (^_^)Okay gotta go. The Podcast is on the way, I promise!
