Famed North County Chef A.G. Warfield has brought his talents down to San Diego County. Known for his adventurous food techniques, beer and food pairings, and love of all things culinary, A.G. is killing it here in San Diego. “When you think about it, a pint of beer is the great equalizer. Brewers and chefs come together over it,” Warfield says. This way of thinking has landed him a head chef gig at Common Theory Public House where he can pair daily rotating taps with a wide open menu.When you pair his culinary creativity with his sarcastic, spitfire of a personality in the kitchen (or out), you can bet there will never be a dull moment.Linds and I have been to this restaurant plenty of times and have yet to find something that lasted 10 minutes on the table.
