Matthew Lesh makes a glorious return to E2 Review. He's the head of research at the Adam Smith Institute (an influential think tank), author of 'Democracy in a Divided Australia' (link: http://australiadivided.com/) and a well-known political commentator. He's also focussed on the nature of the UK's response to COVID-19, and recently wrote a detailed report setting out the need for widespread testing in the fight against the virus.
