Susan B Anthony is credited with paving the way for Women's Suffrage in the USA. Born in Massachusetts in 1820 to a Quaker family, she taught school until she devoted her time to the reform movements of Temperance, Anti-Slavery, and Women's Rights.  She voted for Ulysses S. Grant and the Republican ticket straight in November 1872 for which she was arrested, tried, and found guilty of being a woman voter (Voting was illegal for women at the time).  Her steadfast efforts to forward the blessings of citizenship to women and minorities including the right to vote, and her devotion to advance social integrity to benefit all Americans makes her a HOSS indeed!
