Pressure in relationships. When we feel pressure our soul is saying this is not the right thing for me, right now. How do we deal with this. How do remove ourselves for a minute so that we can look at the situation more objectively, afresh.
When we are in the center of a whirlwind, we can't see what is right for us at this time. We need to remember who we are and what we believe in, what our soul is telling us. We can aim to step back for a minute, or use music to change your mood and thought. We don't have to win, or defend, convince, attack or make someone feel as we do, we need to step within to find our truth.
It's all about taking care of ourselves.
