In this episode, Tim and I talk about composting and the logistics of managing waste streams at a personal and community level using the Zero Waste project in San Francisco as a case study. We kinda pushed the boundaries of food-topic relevance with this one, but you can’t really talk about composting on a community level without talking about refuse collection and recycling too. We mostly stayed on point and focused on the composting element… mostly.
