With less than 1% of Australian teachers identify as Indigenous Australian, and nearly 30% of those that do hiding the fact from their schools, it's not wonder that representation has a long way to go for our education system. Today's guest is a researcher currently studying Indigenous Leadership in The Australian Education system and is working towards creating a system that recognises and rewards, creating modelling for our Indigenous Australian students.
