She is the Founder of her own non-profit, YOUMatter, a youth development social impact model focused on inter-generational mentorship, community service and global awareness. She is a transformational leader, a sought-after motivational speaker and a change agent as non-profit and emotional and wellness trainer. Judith is a therapist and social worker. She received master’s degrees in psychology and Sociology from Columbia University.
