Today, I have the special privilege of interviewing Dene’ Rosser, my lovely wife. In this episode, we discuss the fourth principle of building a cohesive leadership team from Pat Lencioni’s book, The Advantage. That principle is accountability.

We specifically look at how the Holy Spirit holds us accountable in a gentle, peaceful and encouraging way. I also reference a principle from the book Searching For and Maintaining Peace by Jacques Phillipe. It is a great read.
