So often in life we are buried underneath a pile of lies. No one is immune to this. No matter what our background or history is we have all been exposed to lies in one form or another. These lies come in many forms. From people directly communicating words to us, to things that we see and hear. In any event, a lie is a lie. And the only thing to get us out of a lie, is the truth. This episode is focused on Truth. I felt led to create an episode to accomplish one simple thing. To share some foundational truth about who you ARE.
