Anna grew up surrounded by her closest family members being sick and suffering from undiagnosed illness. She understood food played a very important role in living a healthy life but had no idea how. In 2013 she was the primary caretaker for her sick mom and also launched a food business. Unfortunately, not only did her mom pass away, she was juggling so much, grieving, suffering from chronic insomnia, had been ingesting contaminated Chinese herbs, exposed to mold toxicity and what started as restless leg syndrome turned into a hundred mysterious symptoms. A practitioner introduced her to the Medical Medium. As she read the book, she knew she finally found answers. It was a game changer! Not only has she healed herself, it fueled her soul’s purpose to become a health coach and guide for others.

Rooted in her own personal healing journey, Anna has experienced first-hand the multifaceted ways poor health can limit general life, mental wellness and overall freedom. Anna’s career path has centered around inspiring others to eat mindfully. As a private chef; owner of a healthy meal service company; and co-founder of a clean-label snack company (Mera Bites).
