Today’s date is designed to help you fall in love with your customers.
Your business needs customers, and most of your relationships in your business start at the customer stage.
Having relationships with your customers builds loyalty. When your customers are loyal to you, they’ll buy from you instead of from other places, they’ll refer people to you, and they’ll follow you if you decide to switch companies.
Having relationships with your customers makes your business easier. Your fear of rejection will diminish because you know that if they say no to an offer, it has nothing to do with your relationship.
Making offers is easier because you’ll know what offer to make and how to make it because you’ll actually know them.
This date has two parts. The first part is getting to know your customers, and I give you ideas for how to do this by engaging with them on social media.
The second part is allowing your customers to get to know you, and I give you suggestions for how to do this in your VIP group and on your personal profiles.
This is a date you can do daily, and the more connections you make and the stronger your relationships are, the more you’ll love your business.
