The catalyst was a hard conversation that her boss had with her about her performance. But then he decided to take her under his wing and shadow her on her sales and marketing tactics. And she's learned a ton. Fast forward to now, and she's a staunch advocate for building relationships while being mindful that these days, peoples' attention spans are incredibly short.
