I grew up always being stick thin and never had to worry about my weight. I was TERRIFIED of the freshman 15 and it got in my head a ton throughout college. Not even really my freshman year but the subsequent years. I got to a place of eating very little and going to the gym daily. I committed myself to going through a bulk for 8 whole months and knew that I needed to put on weight if I wanted to gain any muscle. So I did. And then suddenly none of my clothes fit any more. I don't weigh even close to the same as I did going to college. But I also am more confident and love my body more now than I ever did before.
