I realized I have never actually shared my whole journey. I’ve just kind of given out random tips and shared parts of my story and day to day but I never really gave you the run down as to who I am and where I came from and the story of why I called my company Embrace the Sweat. That's what this episode is all about...the shortened version. I have a lot of thoughts and opinions behind the fitness industry and this is one of them. There is so much that is polarized : you have to do yoga, you have to run, you have to lift, and then people criticize or look down on others who choose to move in different ways it's exhausting and sad.
