We so often go through life looking for an easy fix, an easier way or a short cut to the other side.  When times get hard or something appears to hard we run from it or we give up and quit.

The truth of the matter is that no one ever promised us life would be easy.  Easy is an illusion.

Growth, change and reward comes from going through the hard and coming out the other side.  It comes from being willing to learn, being willing to change and being willing to face things as they come to you.

If you can learn to face the hard and instead of asking why me, why now or how will I do this?  Ask yourself what is the lesson I am meant to learn from this?  How can I embrace this lesson? What can I do to get myself through this?  

Know you are not meant to go through it alone.  You can always ask for help.  Learn to lean on your family, friends a support system.  There is almost always someone who is a step ahead of you that is willing to share their lessons learned to help you navigate it a little smoother.
