Emotions Avenue provides a platform that directly targets creating awareness as regards the quality of mental health among Africans. It gives a voice to the voiceless and provides an avenue that allows people’s stories to be told through them, anonymously and otherwise. In as much as this podcast cannot act as a substitute for therapy, it brings hope, sensitization to mental health issues, room for amplification of voices and an escape from our everyday struggles with the inclusion of a little bit of humor.
