Ray Givens Bio

I’ve been part of the State Farm family for more than a decade, because I truly believe in our mission to be good neighbors to our communities. That’s why I’m proud to be a local agent serving my neighbors in Pantego, Arlington, Dalworthington Gardens and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. From auto insurance, home insurance and renters insurance to small business insurance, life insurance and financial services, I’m dedicated to helping my customers with plans that help them protect the things that matter most so they can feel confident moving forward.

I got my start in the insurance industry as a team member for a local State Farm agent, where I worked hands-on with customers to find coverage that fit their lives. I worked my way up to an agent coach, helping agents around the DFW with marketing, training and development. That experience gave me the right foundation for the kind of agency I’m proud to own—one that values our relationships with customers and focuses on education. I want to be your go-to guy for all things insurance and financial services, and you can count on my friendly, knowledgeable team to answer questions and offer support—in English and Spanish

I believe in standing up for my community. I’ve been organizing COVID-19 relief packages to benefit local teachers, and supporting students through back-to-school supply events. I received my master’s degree from American Public University and I’m also a graduate of the University of Louisiana Lafayette. I was a member of the 2005 Sunbelt Conference Championship football team, and now love helping local youth teams with officiating. My family means everything to me—I’m a loving husband and father to three-year-old twins!
