Urine leakage is one of the more annoying and embarrassing things that can happen to us after childbirth, especially in midlife. Today I'm talking about the most common forms of urinary leakage, and especially focusing on nonsurgical ways to manage this difficult problem. I'll be introducing you to the Emsella chair, which is a fantastic option to strengthen pelvic floor muscles without the effort and exhaustion of doing Kegel exercises yourself.

The Emsella chair electrically stimulates your pelvic floor muscles for 30 minutes- which is way more than any human could complete on their own -and over the course of six treatments we see up to 80% of mild stress urinary incontinence cases completely resolve or significantly improve. Having had this procedure myself, it allowed me to avoid having surgery, so I'm excited to share my story with you and also show you how the machine works!
