Dr. Spencer is the founder and CEO of His Tabernacle family church in Horseheads NY. With over 25 Years of full time ministry experience he has served in the capacity of youth pastoral positions to Senior Pastor Responsibilities within the church. Dr. Spencer has also received a coaching certification through the John Maxwell assoc. He holds a Master Theology degree, and a doctorate of Christian Leadership with Destiny College International.
