Janas story is one of overcoming massive obstacles to improve her Mental health. It is extremely inspiring. She struggled with drug addiction and her Mental Health for many years. 

One way she overcame these struggles was through yoga. She also credits nutrition and detoxing to helping her Mental Health aswell

She has had a commited yoga practice for the last 7 years which has enabled her to help to heal herself and then teach others. 

She has also recently lost her brother to a battle with anxiety and this has made it even more clear to her, that she wants to help many others who are struggling with Mental Health issues.
