In this podcast for English learners, usually I am joined by a guest teacher. Today, however, it's just me. 

I talk about what I did during my summer break, I let you know some news about my podcast and my YouTube channel, and I introduce some interesting English: contronyms.

Contronyms are words which have two meanings, and the meanings mean opposite things. Does that sound confusing? Listen to the podcast to hear me explain.
