Hi and welcome to the Cheryl Spangler show where we connect people with the worlds greatest and most interesting stories with streaming networks. And today I wanted to tell you about The story of a Denmark man Who has been caught up in a corporate and personal legal drama for the last decade, named Brice Lund. What I’m about to share with you is a story that could happen to anyone it’s real it’s scary and it shows a glimpse into The judicial corruption going on right now in the courts.  The manipulation a spouse can have over another spouse, The destruction of family members when they turn on each other, The pressure employees are put under when they know puffery and securities fraud is going on and being whistle blower has big ramifications. The story is about greed, theft, lies, the way things are run sometimes in the deep South, child sexual assault and the destruction of one man while he fights to be a father in his kids lives.

The story for the purposes of this conversation is called ABUSE!

Abuse is currently a script, A potential mini series, a recap with names and places changed of what is currently happening right now behind the scenes and what has happened over the last 10 years inside this legal fiasco.

I think it’s important to note also that this story has a lot of similarities of movies you may have seen before including: A few good men and they’re relentless pursuit inside a court room to uncover the truth.

It has a hint of double Jeopardy, Although it does not deal directly with the fifth amendment where you cannot be charged for the same crime twice it does have repetitive crime been performed on the main character over and over throughout the series.

It is much like a time to kill where there is ignorance in the justice system.

It has a hint of the movie disclosure where sexual-harassment and power are being manipulated by the opposite party

And finally and most currently it has a little bit of Ozark the TV show currently getting ready to ramp up yet another season of an entangled mess where the script is similar is in the moral of the story which is "don’t be greedy".

The main points of interest inside this potential TV series starts with a simple family child custody arrangement but leads to the most covert whistle blower operation Inside a biomedical company out of Seattle Washington ... currently being covered up by corporate executives, unfettered lawsuits, and court rulings. 

The characters are relatable, primal, an emotional. The child characters I believe will create the most following in the story because they are innocent, exploited, cast away at times, And are dealing with adult drama most kids should not be exposed to (at least until they grow up a little).

In the story the main character Brice Lund, who is a biomedical executive from Denmark works for a company called Cryonix lab. Cryonix lab is located in Seattle Washington and is a startup. Brice Falls for a woman, an anesthesiologist out of Atlanta Georgia, quickly realizes after 10+ years that there is more than just a lack of compatibility, there is ongoing corruption created by this woman, his wife, who he must divorce. He files for a divorce in Georgia from his wife, Claire Yonk, Thinking it will be a simple child custody arrangement for his three kids (two boys and one girl). He has no idea what he is launching into, an unscrupulous legal system that takes his kids money freedom and career unless he engages in a battle with the state and federal courts and his publicly traded employer operating on the edge of securities fraud. 

The family has ultimately been held together by the need to care for their children and the desperate desire for his wife Claire and her financial dependence.

When Claire gets a job back in Georgia and Brice’s Seattle Washington employer is acquired by a Russian billionaire the family moves to Georgia where Claire Diles up her emotional and financial abuse.

Despite Brice's genuine attempts to transition amicably and remain in his children’s lives he is forced to deal with deep corruption in the Georgia judicial system that Claire manipulates to the extreme. He is faced with risk of incarceration, dealing with sexual assault charges with his oldest son, International abduction charges and more.  He is also in disbelief that court judges could be coerced to order post marital pension and multi million dollar stock options to be handed over to the ex-wife. The company Brice works willingly gives these assets without hesitation to the ex wife which prompts Brice to engage in a federal trial and appeals court against both his ex-wife Claire and his current employer Cryonix lab in order to seek ultimate justice and save his job and relationship with his kids.
