Sometimes life gets a little crazy, whether it's exam week for the kids, or a new preschool for the little one, or everyone has the flu. Yes, sometimes self-care can take a backseat for a few days, weeks, or even months. That's when we have to go back to basics. Basics of self-care:

Each of these can take minutes or even seconds and can do wonders to keep our energy up during the hard times!
