Most people use the heart center superficially, meaning they use reactive and conditioned emotions, like an emotional reflex. Activating the Heart Center is important for all types, including Heart types. It’s a sign of emotional maturity. It is when someone can deeply feel a range of emotions rather than disconnect from them, avoid them, or express them reactively.
