ABOUT KATRINA HARRELL

Katrina [Monique] Harrell owned an award-winning strategic planning and business development firm for 12 years. Though successful in business, her emotional bondage had manifested into a physically challenging 200-pound weight gain. While releasing pounds of hurt and unhealthy habits, she also realized that her purpose extended beyond business success. It is to help people design a whole life that celebrates their unique design.

Purpose met product in 2012, when she co-wrote a spiritual business manual titled How She Got Free. The following year, she co-facilitated a spiritual business retreat to further help women examine and resolve their misalignment with business strategy and emotional soul work. In 2020, she partnered with Raising Free People Network to launch the How She Got Free podcast to continue that work.

An accountant, strategist, creator, entrepreneur, and best-selling author, Katrina often speaks on entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusion, personal leadership among other topics.

Originally from DC, Katrina currently resides in Wake Forest, North Carolina with her two children.
