Let's talk about hate. It's an expression that is beyond prevalent in our society, especially with social media. Although we not only receive feelings and words of hatred from random followers hiding behind a screen but also from those who we are closest to and those who we love the most.

How do we deal with that? How do we react to that? How do we accept that?

This episode was trigger by a recent experience I faced of receiving hate and it brought me to contemplate what hate actually means and what the best way to handle it should be. So my hope with this episode is for my thoughts to bring light to a new perspective on hate for you.
