On today’s show I interview Mike Michalowicz!

Mike is the entrepreneur behind three multi- million dollar companies and is the author of Profit First, The Pumpkin Plan and what BusinessWeek deemed the entrepreneurs cult classic, The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur. Mike is a former small business columnist for The Wall Street Journal, and regularly travels the globe as entrepreneurial advocate. 

Mike and I talk about his backstory, some takeaways from his book, Profit First and we discuss his latest book, Clockwork: Design You’re Business to Run Itself. This was one of my favorite interviews of 2019 and Mike is a blast to talk to.
