In this episode, Jeff interviews Dr. Joe Serio of the 360 Dispatcher. Dr. Serio is a professional speaker, trainer, and author. Joe has written 7 books on Fear, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, Time Management, Public Speaking, Leadership, and a book on the Russian Mafia.

Joe started his career working in Moscow investigating the Russian Mafia and working with the KGB and Moscow Police. After getting his PhD, Joe embarked on a career as a speaker and trainer for Law Enforcement Agencies and 911 dispatchers. Today, Joe travels the world speaking and training.

Joe is also completing his first non-fiction book about his time in Russia called, Vodka, Hookers, and the Russian Mafia. Joe's new book is due to be published in the summer of 2020.
