1:17

1:20

say what's up

1:22

to Fire Nation and share something

1:24

that you believe about becoming

1:26

successful that most people

1:28

disagree with. What's up Fire Nation. Gosh

1:31

it's so exciting to be here. And

1:33

you know this is such a great question and

1:35

I really think that many people

1:38

believe that vulnerability is a fatal

1:40

flaw and I have always

1:42

believed that vulnerability showcases your humanity but

1:44

also the truth behind who you really

1:46

are. And I was thinking not not

1:49

that I'm going to suck up but

1:51

I'm going to quote a couple things

1:53

out of your new book because it

1:56

just was appropriate. But you know you talk about in your

1:58

book and I know I've heard this before. for from

2:00

you with how you got your podcast

2:02

launched. You know, that moment where you were already,

2:04

and you were just about to hit, you know,

2:06

send, to send it off to iTunes, and you

2:09

went, wait, oh, I'm

2:11

just going to put it off for two weeks, and

2:13

then two weeks more, and two weeks more, until, you

2:15

know, your coach said, look, I'm going to fire you.

2:17

You know, that is vulnerability to share that

2:20

kind of story. And I

2:22

know that from my perspective, I share a lot

2:24

of things. I try not to share too much,

2:26

but, you know, a year ago, as we

2:29

went into the pandemic, my business suffered

2:31

100% loss of

2:33

all my income, because I

2:35

had only planned one lane of

2:38

income. And I shared this with

2:40

my followers, and I had some people call and

2:42

say, Michael, I can't believe you just did that.

2:44

Why would you say that? It shows that you

2:46

aren't organized, or it shows you're not as great

2:48

as you were. And I said, yeah, why would

2:50

I try and pretend to be otherwise? I knew

2:52

I should have had multiple income streams, and I

2:55

didn't do it. So here's the time

2:57

I'm going to do it. But just as

2:59

I had people questioning why I did it, I

3:01

had so many more call and say, I can't

3:04

believe you said that. Thank you so much. I've

3:06

been in the same boat. I've been

3:08

so afraid. I didn't want to show that maybe

3:11

I didn't have it all together. And

3:13

I believe that when we show our vulnerability,

3:15

we show truth in a whole different way.

3:18

And it might not always make us look like

3:20

we're awesome, but it does make us look like

3:22

we're human. Honesty, vulnerability,

3:25

transparency, it makes

3:27

us seem human. I like that word to

3:30

use, Michael. I'm also going to say it

3:32

makes us seem relatable, because everybody has flaws.

3:34

Every single person in this world has flaws.

3:36

Everybody makes mistakes. Everybody, in hindsight, would have

3:39

maybe done something different, this or that, whatever

3:41

that might be. And I'll tell

3:43

you straight up, I got a lot of

3:45

people questioning back, actually 91 months ago now,

3:47

because we've been doing it for 91 months,

3:49

when we started publishing our monthly income reports.

3:52

You're crazy, because number one, that's just weird,

3:54

sharing all your financials, bringing your lawyer on

3:56

for a legal tip, your accountant on for

3:58

a tax tip. That's just crazy. Why

4:01

are you opening up your kimono, so to

4:03

speak, and showing people everything? What if you

4:05

have a really bad month or a couple

4:07

of bad months in a row, and now all of a sudden you

4:09

went from making hundreds of thousands of dollars a month to 10, $20,000

4:11

a month, or 2,000, or

4:15

maybe you lose money one month. Isn't that

4:17

gonna be embarrassing? And I'm like, listen, I'm

4:19

taking my audience, Fire Nation, on a journey

4:21

with me. I want them to see

4:24

me through the ups, through the downs. I want them to

4:26

be rooting for me to succeed and commiserating

4:28

with me when I fail, those things are gonna

4:30

happen to me all the time. That is the ups and

4:32

the downs and the roller coaster of the journey that we're

4:35

on. And not to get too far off track, because it's

4:37

completely on point here. So many people

4:39

when they're about to launch their podcast ask me

4:41

in podcast as paradise, hey John, should

4:43

I launch my best podcast first? I've

4:45

been recording episodes for a month, and

4:48

my best ones are my last 10,

4:50

obviously. Should I launch those first? And

4:52

I'm like, absolutely not. You

4:54

want your audience to be on the journey

4:56

with you. I was a bad podcast host

4:58

when I started, but I got a little

5:00

bit better every day, Michael. And now you're my 3000th

5:02

and like 245th episode. So

5:06

I've gotten a little bit better over the

5:08

years, frankly, but I was terrible. And my

5:10

audience was rooting for me. I had to

5:12

get emails where they would say, John, like

5:14

you're actually not terrible anymore. It's so nice

5:16

that you're not terrible. So I love

5:19

that you shared that. Be open, be honest,

5:21

be transparent. We want the best version of

5:24

You Fire Nation, not some weak pale imitation

5:26

of other people. So back to

5:28

you, Michael, your company is

5:30

called Shock Your Potential.

5:33

What is the meaning behind this name? You

5:36

know, it's been such a fun journey. Cause like

5:38

you, you know, I love the story about how

5:40

you came up with Entrepreneurs on Fire. You know,

5:42

Shock Your Potential actually came by a complete accident

5:45

working when I started this business and I was

5:47

ready to promote my first book and write my

5:49

second book. And, you know, my

5:51

person sitting down to do my website said, you know,

5:53

what do you stand for? How are you different? And

5:55

I said, well, I'm kind of shocking. You know, I

5:58

have really colorful, weird hair. My

6:00

name is Michael, I'm a girl. I

6:02

talk about really serious business stuff, but I do

6:04

it with flair, but my whole goal is to help

6:06

people reach their potential. And they

6:08

look at me and go, shock your

6:10

potential. And I went, oh, hey, that

6:13

sounds great. But what it really means

6:15

on the day-to-day basis is that we

6:17

all know we have potential, but

6:20

often, many times, we hold

6:22

ourselves back, even if it's once a year,

6:24

once a month, once a week, that those

6:26

times where we know that we need to

6:29

step in or lean into the greatness,

6:31

but we're afraid. Or it's

6:34

just the unknown and that hesitancy

6:37

that when I work with people, maybe

6:39

they didn't go after that promotion they wanted.

6:41

Maybe they avoided going for the close of

6:44

a sale, or maybe they had a hesitancy

6:46

in opening their business or growing and scaling

6:48

their business. And my goal is really

6:50

to get people to see, if you

6:53

know that that potential is there, you do

6:55

yourself and the world a disjustice by not

6:57

stepping into it. And if I have to

6:59

shock you by kicking you in the pants or

7:02

giving you that jolt of energy to remind you

7:04

you can, then you take it

7:06

from there and you'll start to see the

7:08

world and yourself in a completely different vantage

7:11

point. I talk about shock, your potential. This

7:13

will be actually the name of my third

7:15

business book. But I take the letters and

7:17

the word shock, and I break them

7:20

down to what it means to

7:22

really move yourself or your business forward. And

7:24

I don't know, would you like me to

7:26

share those little? I love acronyms, Michael, let's

7:29

break this down. So

7:31

the S is for stand out.

7:33

And that's how do you stand out or do

7:36

you stand out? And in reference to even what

7:38

you read in your book, it's about kind of

7:40

getting to that super niche point, the point where

7:42

you know what makes you truly different than others

7:44

that may be kind of in your field. And

7:47

I always say, what are the words that people use about

7:49

you behind your back? If you don't

7:51

know, you probably don't like the words they're

7:54

using. You just have to control that

7:56

dialogue. And the

7:58

H is for hone your, skills

8:00

or hire your deficiencies. So there's some things that

8:02

we need to do ourselves. And if we're not

8:04

good at them, we do need to hone up.

8:06

If you're going to be a podcast host and

8:08

you're not great at it, you got to get

8:10

better at it, right? But

8:12

there's also elements of what we do where we can

8:14

hire our deficiencies. And I'll talk, I know a little

8:16

bit about that as we go through. But the

8:19

O is operate as if you're already there. And

8:21

I don't mean fake it till you make it.

8:23

I mean, if you want to be

8:25

the best podcast host, you want to be the next

8:27

Oprah. You know, you'd look at those people who are

8:29

next in line on the way, you know, like you

8:32

talk about a year out from you, 10 years out from

8:34

you, 30 years out from you.

8:36

And you take you take time to review

8:38

them, learn from them, ask them questions or

8:40

people around them, so that you begin to

8:42

operate more in a sphere of what you

8:44

are capable of, which actually allows you to

8:46

see much beyond where you think

8:49

you're capable of. And the

8:51

C is for cultivate people and opportunities that are

8:53

going to get you so

8:55

it would have been great. You know, when I first

8:58

started listening to you, I was like, one day, I'm

9:00

going to be on entrepreneurs on fire. I'm just going

9:02

to do it. I know I'm going to do it.

9:04

And here I am. But you know what, if I

9:06

would have tried to do this three years ago, five

9:08

years ago, even a year ago, john, it wasn't the

9:10

right time. But now is the right

9:12

time for my business. And now is the right

9:14

time for me. And as we cultivate different people

9:16

and opportunities, they bring us along the journey. But

9:19

the one I love the most is the K. And

9:21

for me, that stands for know your worth and

9:23

know your value. And that means

9:26

we have to believe in ourselves, even when

9:28

our heads are telling us

9:30

otherwise, you know, those moments of doubt that

9:32

keep us from moving forward, when

9:35

we spend time really working on how we

9:37

know and believe in our worth

9:39

and our value, then it gives

9:41

us the courage in those moments where you're

9:43

like, should I should I should I hit

9:45

send on that? And you're like, Yes, yes,

9:48

you are ready for this. Do it. But

9:50

that that knowing our worth and knowing

9:53

our value grows us

9:55

farther and faster and allows all

9:57

these things to kind of cycle again. So

10:00

much value here at Fire Nation. I was taking

10:02

notes like a banshee. I want to go through

10:04

a couple things. First off, I love that phrase

10:06

that you use, Michael. You do the

10:08

world an injustice

10:11

by not living in your zone of fire. And you know, I

10:13

did add that zone of fire part, but I mean, you

10:15

do the world an injustice Fire Nation by

10:18

not living in your zone of fire. So don't

10:20

do the world an injustice. Be you be the

10:22

zone of fire, you know, shock the world with

10:25

your amazingness. And then I love that acronym. Stand

10:27

out, hone your skill or hire your deficiency. So

10:29

key there. I mean, when people come to me

10:31

all the time, they're like, John, how do I

10:33

grow my podcast audience? I'm like, how

10:36

about you become a better podcast host? So

10:38

when people listen, they're like, wow, this is

10:40

actually really good. Like work on your skills,

10:42

hone your skills and of course, hire your

10:44

deficiencies. I have so many deficiencies. I

10:46

hire people who make up for my

10:49

deficiencies. Operate as if you are

10:51

already there. Now I did put a little asterisk

10:53

here because I'm a big believer in the worst

10:55

advice that I've ever received is fake

10:57

it till you make it. Now I know that's not

10:59

what you're saying here, Michael. It's really

11:01

important to Fire Nation that you are authentic,

11:03

genuine, open, vulnerable as what Michael and I

11:06

have been talking about all episode

11:08

here. But you do have to

11:10

understand the same time is that success leaves clues

11:12

and that all ships rise in a high tide.

11:14

And when you surround yourself with the right people

11:16

and you operate, you know, in that zone, you

11:19

are going to rise so much faster because you're

11:21

the average of those five people, cultivate people and

11:23

opportunities so critical know your worth, know

11:26

your value and Fire Nation. If you think

11:28

Michael's even close to being done dropping value

11:30

bombs, you have another thing coming. As soon

11:32

as we get back from taking our sponsors,

11:35

she will be on fire. If

11:37

you're a startup with big goals, then it's

11:39

important to find a CRM that can keep

11:41

11:43

startup mode, it can be tough to know

11:45

12:26

12:28

12:31

startups. Hosting on Airbnb

12:33

is something I hadn't really considered until

12:35

a couple of years ago and I'm

12:37

so glad I did. After purchasing an

12:39

investment property in our community, we wanted

12:41

to find a simple way to share

12:43

it with those traveling to Puerto Rico

12:45

for vacation. We thought, why not earn

12:47

some extra cash? Turns out Airbnb is

12:49

a perfect fit. Getting started was simple

12:51

with the Airbnb setup guide which provided

12:53

a ton of insights into what amenities

12:56

and features guests love the most. And

12:58

by following tips from other hosts, within

13:00

about six months we earned super host

13:02

status. With how easy it is

13:04

to get started, I'm just sorry I

13:06

didn't do it sooner. Later this year

13:08

we'll be traveling to see family in

13:10

California and Maine for a couple of

13:12

months and we're considering putting our own

13:14

home on Airbnb while we're away. That's

13:17

right, while you're away, your home could

13:19

be an Airbnb. Find out how much

13:21

your home could be worth at airbnb.com/host.

13:24

Michael, we're back and I know you mentioned

13:26

a little bit about this towards the beginning

13:28

part of the interview but I want to

13:30

dive deeper here. You recently went from two

13:32

to eight remote employees in

13:35

the same year that you lost 100%

13:38

of your business due to the pandemic.

13:40

How the heck does this happen? Oh

13:44

my gosh. You know, I first say,

13:46

you know, when I right before the

13:48

pandemic hit, I had my first two remote

13:51

employees for several months and we were gaining

13:53

a lot of traction. But as I alluded

13:55

to before, I was being fed,

13:57

I had all these speaking and training engagements,

13:59

all all over the world. I had the

14:01

most incredible calendar booked up for the next 18 months.

14:05

And because I was being fed on

14:07

a regular basis, I wasn't hungry. I

14:09

wasn't going to have to scrounge for

14:11

more food. And as you

14:13

look at this, you go, okay, that's great,

14:15

it's wonderful, but it keeps you from understanding

14:18

how do you take care of yourself in

14:20

winter? It's the grasshopper and the ants

14:22

and who's going to make sure that there's food

14:25

throughout the whole season. And so

14:27

with those two employees, I remember right

14:29

after I saw everything

14:31

cancel for the next 18 months, I'm not going to lie,

14:34

John, I sat in the corner, I curled up in the

14:36

fuel position, I stuck my thumb in my mouth and

14:38

basically cried for about 24 hours. Of

14:40

course. And during

14:42

that time I thought, okay, now

14:44

you're done feeling sorry for yourself. Get up

14:46

now, what are you going to do? All

14:49

right, I said, okay, you've always wanted to

14:51

create an app to go directly to the

14:53

people that love your work. Create

14:55

the app, all right? You've taken a year

14:57

off the podcast to figure out what it means, figure

14:59

out what it means, relaunch the podcast. You've

15:01

always wanted to gain affiliates to work with,

15:04

go get them. And so I spent time

15:06

looking at this list and I said, okay,

15:08

in order to do this, I can't do

15:10

this with my two. I

15:12

need to invest in my company right now.

15:14

I need to take this opportunity of a

15:16

breather and say I will never be in

15:19

this position again. And so I

15:21

knew that I needed someone to help me with the

15:23

app, so I hired someone for the app. I knew

15:25

I needed somebody else for the podcast. I hired that

15:27

person. And all of a sudden, now here I am

15:29

a year later with eight remote employees. All

15:31

mine are based out of Kenya, which I'll

15:33

talk a little bit about. And I have

15:35

this amazing team that because of

15:38

what we do, I've had over, I've

15:40

been on over 20 podcasts just since

15:42

December. I have over

15:44

two dozen affiliate relationships that are

15:46

bringing in great income now and

15:48

will bring great income in the

15:50

future. The podcast relaunched

15:53

to an entirely new level. So

15:56

now we have sponsors where we never did before,

15:58

all because I hired... people

16:00

to focus on the areas that would

16:02

actually grow my business. And

16:04

what's really interesting through this is that as

16:06

people watch from the outside, you

16:09

have to ask me, Michael, what are you doing? How are

16:11

you doing this? Where did you

16:13

find these people? Which is

16:15

a great story in and of itself. But I said,

16:17

look, my entire team is remote out of Kenya. And

16:20

I can afford this kind of talent. They're great

16:22

for me. There's challenges with it. But I had

16:24

so many people say, well, how do I get

16:27

a learner who's my director of marketing? How do

16:29

I get a Josie who's my podcast

16:31

manager? And they say, can you introduce

16:33

us to people? So in the middle

16:35

of all this craziness, I actually started a

16:37

second company called Kukwa Biz. And

16:40

Kukwa means growth in Swahili.

16:43

And because I'd had so many people that

16:45

I interviewed for just my eight positions, I

16:47

started matching them up with my friends who

16:49

had their own small businesses. And

16:52

all of a sudden now, we have this

16:54

great opportunity to match incredible talent at an

16:56

affordable rate for those of us

16:58

in the US, Canada. We

17:01

actually have somebody coming in on Australia, Belgium,

17:04

and the UK as clients. But

17:07

we're matching these. And we're not only making

17:09

great opportunities for these small business owners

17:11

to grow and scale in a way they didn't

17:13

think they could. But we are

17:16

providing this incredible opportunity for these

17:18

talented professionals in Kenya who

17:20

have severe unemployment. And

17:23

not as many opportunities as the rest

17:25

of us to really become a part

17:27

of a global workforce. So it's just

17:29

been an incredible win-win. It's

17:32

been a whirlwind. But man

17:34

has, I got to say the pandemic's

17:36

been the best thing for my businesses. Oh,

17:38

man. And this is what I am always

17:41

trying to preach by our nation is that before

17:43

the pandemic, Michael was living in her comfort zone.

17:45

She had things set up. It was comfortable.

17:47

It was cozy. It was nice. All

17:50

the magic happens outside your comfort zone.

17:52

When you're outside your comfort zone, that's

17:54

where all the magic happens. Every

17:57

new project that I've undertaken over the

17:59

past. 10 years has been

18:01

outside of my comfort zone from physical products

18:03

to courses to communities now a traditionally published

18:05

book. Like I haven't just stayed in my

18:07

comfort zone of doing this, just having amazing

18:09

conversations with amazing people. No, you have to

18:12

get out of your comfort zone, stretch your

18:14

limits, be anti-fragile. And so what

18:16

would you say to Fire Nation right now,

18:18

Michael, who wants to grow and scale their

18:20

business, but they're worried about doing so

18:22

much within all this uncertainty that

18:25

is now around us? You

18:27

know, it's where I was too. And you

18:29

know, when everything first fell apart, my first thought was,

18:31

I'm going to have to let my two people go.

18:33

I mean, how do I do this when I've lost

18:35

all my income? And once I got

18:37

past that fear, and I realized to your point,

18:40

I will never grow if I don't take

18:42

this opportunity right in front of me right

18:44

now. But before I even hired the first

18:47

two, the reason I

18:49

knew it was time to grow and scale by

18:51

adding people was because I knew it was time.

18:53

And I know that sounds funny, but it was keeping me

18:56

up at night. You know, it was bothering

18:58

me when I was doing tasks that I needed

19:00

to be done, for instance, in social media to

19:02

promote my business. But I was

19:04

tired of doing it. I couldn't juggle

19:06

that and be my own salesperson and

19:09

create my materials and, you know, the

19:11

and and and. And when it reached

19:13

that point, and I recognize that I

19:15

will not grow to anywhere

19:17

near where my possibility is or

19:20

my potential is until I add

19:22

people, then this is the time to do it.

19:24

But the decision then to go from those two

19:27

and continually add over the next couple months

19:29

to eight, it just made

19:31

more and more sense because I was able to allow

19:33

people to get more

19:35

singularly focused. So now I have

19:37

one person who only does

19:39

one part of my business in all these

19:42

different areas. And that kind of attention

19:44

to detail allows them to get much deeper

19:46

in things that I ever could. I mean,

19:48

we're doing things with with our shock

19:50

your potential app that I would have never

19:52

even thought possible, because I have somebody who can

19:55

dedicate 100% of their time to it. And

19:57

so as we grow out, if you're sitting here right now and you're like

20:00

I know and I've been saying to myself

20:02

for months, if only I had someone, then

20:04

you already know it's time. The only question

20:06

is what's holding you back? And for most

20:08

people, it's really the uncertainty of whether or

20:10

not they can afford it or whether or

20:12

not they wanna give up some of their

20:14

profits at this point in time. So

20:17

let's talk about this Kenya equation. Like how

20:19

did that come into focus? Such

20:22

a great story. So I had a

20:24

client of mine who had offices based

20:26

in Singapore and Bangkok, and they also

20:28

had remote teams in Kenya and in

20:31

Kathmandu, Nepal. And so as

20:33

I worked with this client for several, for

20:36

a couple of years, I did a lot

20:38

of work with the Kenyan team. And in

20:40

fact, when I went to visit their offices

20:42

in Singapore and in Bangkok, the head of

20:44

the Kenyan team flew to

20:46

Singapore and we met and we became friends.

20:49

And so as I learned more about her culture

20:51

and what her team

20:53

was doing and the affordability, frankly,

20:55

of working with people from that area, I

20:58

said to her, I go, how can I,

21:00

I need someone like you. And she said,

21:02

I'll work for you. And

21:04

I said, I can't hire you, you work for my client. And

21:07

now fast forward, she actually works for me

21:10

now. I don't work with that client anymore. But

21:13

she got me connected with other people.

21:16

And lo and behold, one of the other

21:18

people who worked for that client, who also now works for

21:20

me and heads up all my staffing, we

21:23

just, when I came back to them and said, okay, not only

21:25

do I need more people, but

21:27

I know there's opportunity here. How

21:29

can we help build this? And because

21:32

I am so invested in my team

21:34

and these people, they've just found the

21:36

most incredible talent and we call

21:38

them talent. So we match them with clients. We

21:40

match our clients with talent. And

21:43

it's deeply personal to me, especially

21:46

when I see the differences we make in

21:48

their lives, but it's so exciting to me

21:50

also to see that small business owners who

21:52

really need this now more than ever, that

21:55

we can make a difference and allow them

21:57

to grow. And frankly, it's a complete competitive

21:59

advantage. against people who are still hiding

22:01

in their shells and saying, I don't know, I'm

22:03

just gonna wait until this blows over and maybe

22:06

I'll get back to speaking and training

22:08

again. Wow, I mean that is a

22:10

fascinating story in Fire Nation. Sometimes you

22:12

just don't know what decisions are gonna

22:14

lead you down what path until you

22:16

just start making decisions and taking action

22:18

and being open to what the world's

22:20

gonna bring to you. Now, let's talk

22:22

about a resource that you can recommend

22:24

to Fire Nation if they know they're

22:26

ready to build out a team. Yeah,

22:28

well I actually have a couple of resources and

22:31

the first one is if you're even thinking about

22:33

this, we do have a course, we just have

22:35

put it up. It's a 10 lesson course. It's

22:37

regularly $49 but we're gonna have

22:39

a deal for Fire listeners for $29. And

22:42

what, I know, we're gonna give them a great

22:44

deal. And the course

22:46

is really to help you go through the

22:49

questions about is this the right time, who

22:51

do I want? It's actually gonna put you

22:53

through quizzes like your own leadership persona, what

22:55

you want out of somebody, how

22:58

do you know whether or not the perfect fit for

23:00

your business? So we have that

23:02

all built out. Now, if you really are

23:05

cost conscious though, you can also download

23:07

the Shock Your Potential app and

23:10

you can go into our entrepreneurs

23:12

segment of the app. And for

23:14

the executive membership price of $5.99 a month, which

23:16

you can basically take the

23:19

whole course in that month in case you didn't wanna stick

23:22

with it, you can get the whole course there too. So

23:24

you can spend $29 or $5.99, your choice. But

23:29

one other thing, I just wanna say, and yes,

23:31

there's more. It's that if

23:33

you decide that you want to work

23:35

with our Cuckoo Abiz clients, your first

23:37

week of service is on us if

23:40

you reference being a part of Fire Nation. Whoa,

23:43

I mean, come on now Fire Nation, come on. So

23:46

listen, Michael, you've got so much value to

23:48

give Fire Nation, you've got so much awesomeness

23:50

going on. What of everything that we talked

23:52

about here today, do you wanna wrap up

23:54

like a nice red bow? What do you

23:56

wanna make sure Fire Nation gets? Let's talk

23:58

about anything right now. We didn't get to get

24:00

to yet and then we'll say goodbye. You got

24:02

it. Well, first of all, if

24:05

they have any questions, just email me

24:07

at info at shockyourpotential.com or michael at

24:09

shockyourpotential.com and reference Fire Nation because in

24:11

that way I know where you've come

24:13

from. But I think this is a

24:15

real key to leave with just thinking

24:17

about is that when we are really

24:20

truly – we

24:22

want to leave a legacy and we want

24:24

to leave a legacy because of our business.

24:27

That means we have to take good risks

24:29

that make sense, but good risks

24:31

also mean growing. And every time

24:33

you are faced with that decision of should

24:35

I grow this business or not, if you

24:38

are really trying to leave a legacy, then

24:40

making the decision to grow the business is

24:42

always going to feel a little bit uncomfortable

24:44

but should always take you leaps and bounds.

24:47

And if it had not been for

24:49

me really already forging the way because

24:51

everyone who started with us with CucuaBiz

24:53

as clients looked at my own

24:56

journey and they could have seen it, they

24:58

saw it from every step of the way,

25:00

the proof of concept is there. And so

25:02

it's always exciting to take leaps and chances

25:04

but it's always better when you know that somebody

25:06

has paved the path, has already made some of

25:08

the mistakes, many of the mistakes and is also

25:11

working to be your partner in growing. So our

25:13

business is not just about matching you with somebody

25:15

else and walking away. We are there for our

25:17

talent, we are there for our clients and we

25:20

are learning to build a community that makes you

25:22

still a single business owner but feel like you

25:24

are part of a giant community. I

25:26

mean Fire Nation, this is really exciting stuff

25:28

to be part of a bigger community to

25:30

learn from people who are actually in the

25:32

trenches doing the thing. So one

25:35

more time Michael, before we say goodbye, what

25:37

options and opportunities does Fire Nation have

25:39

to learn more from you, to learn

25:41

more from your team and do this

25:43

right? Yep, easiest way, either shockyourpotential.com/fire

25:45

for the course on our website

25:48

for $29 or download the shockyourpotential

25:50

app, go into our executive session

25:52

and you will find the entrepreneurs

25:55

section and you will find it

25:57

there or email us at info
