Karen Arthur is the CEO at Inspire. Inspire is a Scottish charity empowering the life choices of hundreds of adults, young people and children with learning disabilities and additional support needs in north east Scotland.The organisation provides a range of more than 50 services throughout Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray including 24 hour residential care, supported accommodation and training for employment initiatives. Karen is a masters graduate RGU in Science of Management. She was a finalist for Director award for third sector director and also for flexible working policies in IoD awards 2013.
