Reverend Karen Heasley was born in Pennsylvania. After experiencing a near death experience as a child and working as a social worker for thirty years, she pursued mediumship training under Rev. Janet Nohavec from the Journey Within School for Mediumship in New Jersey. She also trained under Rev. Leonard Young who taught at Arthur Findley College at Stansted in England.
