In episode 15 we attempt to talk about self-care, sharing tips and ideas for taking care of you in the midst of everyone else's stuff and nonsense.

6 Self Care Tips

  1. Make something, do something creative- Whatever that looks like for you

  2. Get some exercise- Especially when you don’t want do

  3. Unplug Yo-Self- Almost everything works better if you unplug it for a few minutes… including you.

  4. Take a Shower- Clean face, clean pits can’t lose.

  5. Ask for you time, and use it- Whatever your budget or schedule, don’t let that be a deterrent, just make it work.

  6. Go to sleep on time, without screens- You’ll sleep better, happier with less weird dreams.
