In this episode, I am talking to Cass Grim, a human resources specialist living in Mexico City. Cass is originally from the US, and she is working remotely for an American digital marketing agency. 🇺🇸🇲🇽

I first met Cass when I moved to Mexico City to do an internship in one of the Big 4 consulting companies. Cass worked for the same company, where she was originally hired as a salesperson. Still, she found her way into some of the HR-related tasks for the International Business Center of the Big 4 consulting company. After that, she worked for an Internship Placement Agency in the HR role for about three years and is now in the digital marketing agency. 

This episode is very special because I got a chance to pick the brain of an HR manager. I got to ask her how to best position yourself to change a career successfully, what HR managers are looking for when reviewing resumes, how to start feeling excited again about the job you hate, and why are so many people today dissatisfied with their jobs. During the interview, Cass also gives a lot of tips about HR policies, how to best catch hiring managers' attention.
